Roxbury Strategic Master Plan (2004)

Over 15 years have passed since the release of the 2004 Roxbury Strategic Master Plan (RSMP), and new challenges mean that it is no longer fully meeting the needs of the Roxbury community. Reclaim Roxbury advocates for a community-driven planning process for the neighborhood: Roxbury planning by Roxbury residents.
